Allergens depends on flavours chosen. Due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen free products.

Cake Flavours 

We can pretty much offer any flavour you would like for your special cake contact us with your ideas.

For tier cakes due to the weight differences between the types of sponges and the weight distribution of the tiers, we can't put carrot cake sponge on the bottom tier of a three tier cake and the bottom two tiers of a four tier cake because of its moist and soft structure.

Cake Care and Instructions 

Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. Decorations such as cake toppers (if supplied separately) should be kept at room temperature. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 to 90 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer.

Size & Serving

Please note the images shown on this page or instagram may not be reflective of the cake size you are ordering and decorations will be amended accordingly. Please refer to our size and portion guide to select appropriately, or if unsure, contact us so that we may discuss your requirements directly with you.

Changes & Cancelations

if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection: 

• For cupcakes: 24 hours (by noon)

• For one tier cakes: 48 hours (by noon)

• For 2-tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)

Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to saraspetitecuisine@outlook.com Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds thereafter.

Delivery & Collection

Orders can be collected from our Patisserie in Topsham. Alternatively, we deliver cakes for an additional charge. For more details on delivery zones and charges, contact us.
