Born in the Portugal and raised in Plymouth, Sara is a professionally trained Pastry Chef, she went on to complete Ashburton cookery School‘The advanced Diploma of Patisserie’ in 2016, holding a Pastry chef positions in Exeter in a well know bakery before ultimately fulfilling her ambition of launching her bespoke Patisserie in 2017.  She also trained at Peggy Porschen Academy in London where she successfully completed a decorating techniques Diploma.  She's passionate about creating delicious Pastries, using only the best ingredients.
